Designed for relaxed coastal living, this modern split-level home is perfect for families, groups, or a getaway with friends. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the centrepiece of the home, offering a welcoming space for relaxing. The well-equipped, spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, while split-system air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom ensures year-round comfort. With Wi-Fi and Foxtel included, entertainment is at your fingertips. The property boasts two bathrooms, with the main bathroom featuring a bathtub and the master bedroom having an ensuite. A fully equipped laundry and access to a BBQ add to the convenience of your stay. For those bringing boats or extra vehicles, the remote-controlled triple garage offers ample space, including one 2.7m roller door and two 2.5m roller doors, making it perfect for taller boats or trailers. For larger groups, Beach House on Landsborough can be booked alongside Beach Shack, offering side-by-side accommodations for up to 12 guests. It’s an ideal setup for two families or a group of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday together. Please Note: Beach House on Landsborough requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting.
