“The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. “Very helpful service”

“Travelled with family for a weekend to use the pool. Booked the two bedroom premium room. Check-in was delayed by an hour because staff could not figure out difference between included breakfast in initial booking. Very unprofessional in service and did not offer appropriate explanation, I had to pay for breakfast again even though Expedia itinerary had included breakfast in overall cost. Pool was only opened for an hour, and closed off for the remainder of the weekend due to cleaning. Guests……
