Fantastic Rental

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. It was clean and well stocked. Everything worked as deigned. The beds were comfortable. The check in/check out process is flawless. We will likely re-rent in the future.

Lots of room for myself, my son and 5 of his friends. We even had one bedroom left over!

Just book it for your group

Nice environment for a big group. We had 8 adults and definitely could have had another couple upstairs. The use of a washing machine was great. Lots of towels. Comfortable beds. Close to beach, walkable on the boardwalk. Nice bathrooms. Fire pit is lovely and private.

The house was spacious and lovely! Had something to keep everyone entertained, from arcade games, to ping pong and the beach was so close. Not to mention the wash station outside, so thoughtful. My only disappointment was the cleanness. The house looks clean initially until you really look. The shower curtain needs to be replaced it has mold on it, there was trash behind and between the couch. The bathroom toilet next to the main bedroom has a black ring around it letting me know it has not been properly cleaned in a very long time. Overall great experience, just needs to be cleaned better and more throughly. Maybe a deep clean?

Great location and getaway house

This house was the perfect little escape—just far enough from the main part of town to feel relaxing, but still close enough to walk to the beach and shops whenever we wanted. It ended up being a great fit for our group, especially the kids and teens, who had a blast during our downtime from the soccer tournament. They spent hours in the basement playing foosball, pingpong, and air hockey. The arcade games upstairs were a fun bonus too, even if a couple weren’t working. One of our favorite parts was the kitchen—it was so well stocked with all the pans and utensils we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. We felt right at home here, and we’re already looking forward to booking it again next time we’re in town.
