“There was a groups of 6 there for the world national fishing tournament for the high school! Perfect place on the water with the ramp right beside us. Only bad thing was the walkway to the boat slip was underwater but that was beyond any control of the owner! Perfect location on the water. Easy to walk down to the water and great place to stay! ”

The location offered easy access to all the water activities Grand Lake is known for, from boating and fishing to swimming and s8ght seeing The owners were incredibly hospitable and communicative, making the entire experience seamless from booking to check-out. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made us feel welcome.Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking……

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The owners thought of everything, including coffee and hot chocolate! It was also located in a very nice, quiet area. “Extremely clean and comfy! Three bedrooms, plus a bunk room made for ample sleeping space, privacy, and room for littles, if needed. Easy to get to right as you arrive in Port Duncan area.
