“Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful”

“The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back.”

“The complimentary breakfast was much better than most hotels of this kind. The staff was also nice. Only objection was Expedia’s use of a waterfront scene in a park across the highway in the promotional photos. It was not on the property and was misleading suggesting that the hotel was on water.”

“This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located.”

“I have a Tahoe; the parking is tight as there are many concrete columns in the parking area The electronic key failed to work twice, and I had to go back to the front desk each time for a new key”

“Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly. ”

“It was not pet friendly had to board my dog there was drug activity and a man was walking with his whole butt out..the room was nasty my kids feet turned black just walking on the carpet ”
