Please make sure all blinds are closed, lights are off and doors are locked upon departure. Thermostat in hall needs to be turned up to 80.
Please make sure to have the home picked up before leaving. Place all used linens on the bedroom floor. Please wash all dishes used and put all away.
There is a blue garbage can on front porch. Garbage gets picked up Mondays and Thursday. If your staying during that time please take can out.

Large, comfortable house in Spring Hill

Had a great, comfortable stay at this full house. House was clean and well provisioned with comfy bed, couch, and great appliances in the kitchen. Host was communicative.and gave clear check in/out information.

Downtime

We were making a cross-country move and needed a reasonably priced close place to land at the end of very long days of packing and cleaning out the home. This place fit the bill. It was clean and spacious. April provided detailed information about the home and was responsive to our questions.
