Poor Office Management
"We stayed to ride the Palestine-Rusk railroad, which was hot! However, I forgot my backpack in the room which had numerous items I didn’t want to lose. I reached out to Super 8 and they had it in the office. However, they would “send it when they could” via Mail & More. Three weeks later, it still ..."
