Apartment 'Rosy' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Squinzano, this 53 m² apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and features one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. Your private, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. The accommodation offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV with video on demand, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace for smart working. For families with small children, a cot is available.



The private garden and two open terraces are ideal for relaxing outdoors. The private barbecue lets you cook outside, while the outdoor shower is convenient after spending time in the garden.



Public street parking is available and access to public transport is easy, making it simple for you to explore the area. Pets are allowed. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
