“The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!”

The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. “The location is excellent as it is near David Citadel Hotel and just next to the car rental companies. The room is tidy, room temperature is good, but just hot water needs time to be heated up and hence may not be hot enough. ”

“The apartment was great, comfortable beds, beautiful view. They had the extra bed setup for us on arrival as requested. Nice building, great setup for our family of 5. Full kitchen, but there's so many restaurants nearby that we barely used it.”

“Great apartment, spacious and nice, great location, easy parking. However, we had a very hard time finding it and checkin instructions were wrong - you just need to navigate to mahane yehuda parking garage on Kiakh, call the guard to open gate (no remote needed), park, then go up to apartment. You can't navigate to building (Yaffo is no cars) and no where to put car while you send someone in to find building/access apartment. Once we figured it out, amazing place to stay!!”
