  • This recently renovated private home is 300 yards from the beach and just a a few blocks from the fishing pier, farmers market, great restaurants and shopping. Spacious outdoor shower and patio, second-floor sun porch with recliners and ceiling fans, private backyard and garden. Features two large flat-screen TVs (master bedroom and living room), cable, high-speed internet, HBO, Netflix, Bose wireless music system, keyless entry, beach cruisers (bikes), beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella.

Great place, central location

Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was near everything—minutes from downtown, shops, restaurants, and above all the beach. We were able to walk to the beach with ease. Loved staying at the property and hope to return next year.

Easy Breezy Beach Rental

We really enjoyed the beach house. It was very clean and has a great layout. The outside shower was useful for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We would definitely book this property again!

My best short term rental experience to date!

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed from a coffee maker to beach chairs. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. The host, Tony, was available to answer any questions with an immediate response. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our favorite beach getaway…

We have been staying at this location every year for the last four years. We love the location—close to fun restaurants/downtown St. Augustine and close to the beach. We spend most of our time at the beach and relaxing in the house. This house is clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs as a small family of three. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect family vacation

The house is amazing and is in a great location. We took our 2 daughters and our son in law to celebrate my youngest graduating high school and enlisting in the Navy. We walked to the beach almost everyday & to get ice cream at Mayday’s (it’s a must!). We plan to try to come back again next year!
