Location was perfect. The condo was great. Enjoyed everything all week. The condo was stocked with the basics all week. Amazing outdoor area with plenty of outdoor furniture to use. The host Barry was the best. He was right there for everything.

Beautiful views

This is our second time staying at this property. We love being so close to the ocean. There were sea turtles swimming in front of the condo all week. Barry & Pat were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

If you are a beach lover this is the place for you! I had a broken foot so not having to walk far was key! The patio is on the beach so you can stay there or walk 10 steps to be in the sand! Unbelievable variety and abundance of birds if you enjoy that also. Host was very approachable and responsive.

Great location

We loved the location and the incredibly secluded beach. We had a great time bringing our dog on the beach. The owner was great to work with and very helpful when needed. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice Place

We love staying at Matanzas' Inlet. It is a beautiful place and MiCasa is a very nice condo with great views and comfortable beds. The owner always responds immediately if you have any needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Perfect beach vacation

MiCasa has everything you could want in a beach vacation. All the comforts of home but the ocean is your front yard. We have stayed in a few homes along the ocean and this by far is the best beach for kayaking, privacy, and the inlet provides a better overall swimming experience.

We had the best time. The private beach was perfect for our dogs. There are lots of things to do near by, but we spent most our time at the property. Everything we needed was right there and we hope to visit again.

The beach at your doorstep!

We loved our stay. A quiet beach is just outside your door. We brought our dog - the large patio is gated with a green space for pets. The owners were friendly and communication was easy. Seeing sea turtles everyday was an added bonus!

Peaceful perfection

We had the best time! It is the perfect spot to stay with another family or friends on the other side. Sharing the deck was perfect for all of us and the kids. Easy walks down the beach and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Thank you so much! Will definitely stay again!

A great place to bring the family and dog too!

The beach is just a few steps from your door, we were able to sleep with the bedroom doors open while listening to the waves of the ocean. A great place for the family to spend a week.Bring the dog, its a great beach for them to run, especially at low tide. Barry is VERY accommodating. We had a great time. Thanks Barry!

Saint Augustine vacation 2023

This property was exactly what we needed, a large dog friendly patio… You cannot get any closer to the water & beautiful soft sandy beach. Our only drawback was no privacy for the bedrooms and lots and lots of steps everywhere… but YES I would go again! 😎😃👍 Terri & Bob

Family Adventure

My family had an amazing stay! Low tide gave the kids a huge tide pool to play. Got to see large turtle tracks on the beach. Saw multiple juvenile Green turtles swimming around us at low tide and we were even able to walk way out to multiple sand bars almost all the way across to the beach side. We had a great time and plan on booking again soon!
