Great stay in St Augustine

Clean nicely kept home with pool and close proximity to the beach. Owners couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful location and nice accommodation

The pool and hot tub was a hit for all of us (kids and adults). Walked the beach everyday (sometimes twice a day). Restaurants were so close, it was perfect. The openness in the kitchen and family room was great! And when we cooked some meals the dining room table was great. Also great for playing games!

Relaxing Weekend

My family and I really enjoyed our stay over a four day long weekend. It was very relaxing and the house was so accommodating to our family of six. We actually didn't even use the fourth bedroom. The heated pool was a nice touch and my kids enjoyed that very much. Definitely a spot we would come back again to stay at.

Excellent Getaway for our entire family

This large home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving week in Florida. It’s so close to the beach. We loved having the wagon, sand chairs, and sand toys there for us to use. The kitchen was well very equipped for us to make our big Thanksgiving meal. Having the well maintained pool and hot tub was ideal. The owners responded right away to our question. As someone who rarely rights reviews , I would definitely recommend this property!

June Fun

This house was clean and accurately described on VRBO. The property and house manager were very attentive to the little issues we had during our stay. The backyard pool and spa were a favorite of our family. We used that every day. The layout was perfect for a large family. The walk to the beach crosses a busy street but it isn’t far at all. We would definitely book again.

Soooo close to the beach w/ great pool & beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo! The home was clean and well decorated, the pool and spa (hot tub) was awesome, they had a lot of pool toys and beach stuff (like a wagon cart) and chairs and we were around the corner from the beach. From the ad I assumed it was farther….and so I was pleasantly surprised at how close we were. We had little kids with us and it was a breeze to walk to the beach. It’s amazing tk be so close and not have to drive and park by the beach. Thank you Vilano 102 and Tamara for a great stay and great communication! It was so easy to check in and out too! We’ll be back!

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

This is a beautiful, four bedroom property with a den/work space that has a pull out sofa. This was perfect for our family of five for a last minute change of plans vacation prior to the "lock down" of the country. The pool is easily accessible from the kitchen area or the master bedroom. The Hot tub was very nice, particularly in the cooler mornings and shady evenings. (Hint, turn on the spa jets to circulate warmer/hot water). The beach is not crowded at all! The one thing to be aware of is the main road to the east that you must cross in order to access the beach is busy and the speed limit is 40mph. Never an issue, but something to be aware of if you have small children. To access the beach, you walk 30 yards to the east, cross the busy-ish road, walk one block south and the one block east to Surfside park and access the beach there. There are public bathrooms at Surfside park and a place to wash off the sand. There are a couple of beach chairs in the garage. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essential pots and pans, etc. The grill was easy to use and clean (tools are kept in the kitchen). The owner/manager was extremely responsive to all questions within an hour or less! Highly recommend this property.Beds are very comfortable. Shower and bathrooms are stocked with plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner and towels. Also, there are adequate numbers of beach towels. There is a washer and dryer on property (very nice quality). Highly recommend! We plan to vacation here again!

Two week stay

The pool, spa and location were excellent. There are some deferred maintenance issues on this property. The outdoor furniture is cheap and is not accurate in the pictures of the property. The property could use a nice outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. One other item is the need to install a hand rail to enter the pool.

Girls Weekend

The Flamingo House was perfect for our girls getaway! Its was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub everyday. Its was a short walk to the beach and the main area in Vilano. We would definitely come back.

Spacious Sunny Home in Quiet Beach Neighborhood

We loved our time at this property. The house was easy to find, in a lovely little neighborhood by the beach, and had plenty of space to relax. All spaces were clean and comfortable. The pool/lanai area was clean and private. We felt secure and relaxed, even during a large storm event. Adam's communication was detailed and helpful both before and during our stay.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our weeklong family trip. The proximity to the beach, grocery store and local restaurants was ideal. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The wagon was great for walking to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet with well maintained homes.We used the pool and hot tub daily and there was plenty of seating in the lanai. I would recommend this listing and will be booking again.

Planning a trip back!!

This trip was bumpy due to some unforeseen issues however Tamera worked her magic and kept us happy and accommodated us!! I highly highly recommend Tamera as your host she was honestly hands down the best to deal with!!!!! The properties are gorgeous and the cleanest I think I’ve seen while vacationing! 10/10 recommend

Wedding reunion

My wife and I and two of my kids along with their families we all able to see each other for the first time in many years. We were in St. Augustine for their cousin’s wedding. The house felt like home and we so much appreciated that. Being together after so many years was made so much easier than I had even imagined. Thank you.

Great property and service!

The stay was great. Super close to the beach. The house was so well equipped with all things kids - pack and play, high chair, cups/plates, toys, everything! The property manager was absolutely fantastic. She solved every issue we had as quickly as she could. We did the beach club which was maybe not exactly worth it because we only went once but that is no representation on the house. Overall everything was great!

Very nice beach house

Loved staying at the Pink Flamingo. House was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location can't be beat - literally a 1 min walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them everyday. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Amazing pool, great house! Family-friendly!

We loved our stay at the flamingo house!! The pool and hot tub were the highlight for sure. The pool was clean and a very comfortable temperature. The hot tub heated up nicely too and we enjoyed the lights at night. The fact that the area is enclosed is a huge plus, it kept all the bugs out and the pool clean. We could even sit outside and night and not get eaten alive! The house itself has a great open feel yet still has places to tuck yourself away from the group. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood park is nicely shaded and super close by if you are travelling with kids and need a break from the sun. The beach is very easy to get to, you just have to cross A1A which can get a little busy. I wish the Vilano area had a couple more restaurants or coffee shops/ice cream to make the property more walkable but that is the only drawback I can see to the area. We rented a golf cart and found it useful to haul kids and stuff to the beach but it otherwise didn’t serve much of a purpose other than a fun ride around the neighborhood. Overall a great stay and definitely very family-friendly. Host was super responsive throughout booking process and as I planned our trip! Thank you!
