"Nothing to do. No fireplaces on and it was cold and rainy the bathroom shower You would be standing in 3 inches of water and it was small and not enjoyable."
"Great location right in Portree. Good food in the restaurant and there are many other restaurants within walking distance.
Our room was right at the front of the hotel and there was some noise in the square but it did not bother us and I am a very light sleeper.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Would stay there again. Travelled with family. Room accommodated 3 adults with room to spare. "
"Hi breakfast was great also could you check if I left my kindle / tablet in my room my name is Wayne harrison 07799862508 we stayed on 17 th September for one night a response would be appreciated thanks "
"Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!"
"It was great to have a washing machine. Didn’t notice that the dryer was out the door and in its own room until I’d already dried everything by hanging it around the apartment. Oops!"
"We had an amazing time at the Tide B&B. A beautiful setting and such a comfortable place to stay. The food was amazing and we were close to many outstanding places to visit. A real gem! "
"Exceptional property! Heatherland looks like it came out of the pages of a storybook. Perfect location to explore Skye from! The cottage was super clean, roomy, very quiet, with views for miles and miles. We would strongly recommend Heatherland to anyone travelling to Skye."

"All around great experience. Mina the bartender is excellent at her job, helping us find a great whiskey. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "
"This was an excellent choice for our night visiting Skye. Centrally located and right at the Sligachan Old Bridge- a must see experience.
The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Seamus’ Restaurant nest door was the perfect spot for dinner. We had an all around great experience. "
"Our hosts were very friendly and offered advise regarding Storm Amy's approach, where we could see the stags locally (which we did!) and regarding returning via Bealach na Ba which we did in dense cloud on the way in. We took the coast road back as the weather was worsening and the view non existent!
Our room was very comfortable and cosy with underfloor heating in the bathroom. The honesty bar was great for stopping in the room (wine, beer, soft drinks, various snacks) - we came away with some of the lovely shortbread. Not to mention the welcome drinks which was a lovely touch.
The B&B is right out of Applecross and so we took a drive back to the Applecross Inn for dinner with a lovely view out over the bay.
Scottish breakfast was perfect and the locally smoked salmon was fabulous! It set us up for the day with a lovely a walk around Applecross before heading off the beat the incoming Amy."
"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful, attentive staff! Terrific location. Excellent restaurant & cozy bar. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Just lovely! "
