“We enjoyed our overnight stay. Clean and well kept. We will stay again”

“We booked the room for 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids. There were 2 queen size beds. We called to ask about a roll away bed. They said on the phone no charge. When we got there, they charged 10.00 dollars for a room that was booked for 5. The room was very small. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work at all. There were no other mirrors which made it difficult to get ready. On line said there was a hot tub in the pool room. No hot tub. While checking the room before leaving, one of the kids……
