“This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction……

“I tired to communicate with the property 2 days before my stay to coordínate transportation to hotel and there was no answer. Manager said they didn’t recibe my emails. Phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working because I also tried contacting them.
I stay es in pooring rain for two hours, a local gentlemen took me to the hotel, if not I would’ve had to walk from port to hotel in a rain y day.
On my check out they coordinated me transporte which was €9 for 1km. Absolutely a……
