“Der Empfang war sehr freundliche, die junge Dame an der Recéption äusserst zuvorkommend! Hat mir sogar beim Ausparken des sehr engen Parkplatzes geholfen mit Zeichen geben. Das Zimmer hell und freundliche, tolle Lage,nicht weit entfernt vom See und Zentrum. ”

“Wir waren anfangs Juli für drei Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und reichlich. Alle drei Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet und auch die Weinempfehlungen waren vortrefflich. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. ”

“It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online.
