"Room was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. loved all the options. Everything was delicious. The Mimosa was top tier. The Overnight Auditor (Tall/solid AA gentleman) and Front Desk Attendant Steven who checked us out were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Also adored interacting with our breakfast attendant Emily. She was a real sweetie and was on top of things and pleasant in spite of some of the guests being obnoxious. Every visit to Cleveland moving forward will include a stay at this hotel. "

"Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Food options were good and location was close to our daughters school. The only thing was the bathroom shower had an open concept which is very pretty but the wall was too short with no door and the whole floor got drenched and for the price you have street parking or pay for the garage. Wish they just included the garage parking."
