This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is just 1.8 miles from campus, 1.4 miles to downtown, 1 mile from Boone Pickens, & 2.6 miles to the airport as well as lots of shops and restaurants perfect for game days, family visits, or a relaxing trip with friends. It sleeps 8 comfortably with three spacious bedrooms, one even features a massive 75 inch smart TV for the ultimate movie night or game day experience. One bedroom can have the option of having 1 queen bed or adding 2 twin beds for a total of 3 beds. It comes with a fully stocked coffee bar with syrups, kitchen with waffle maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, a full set of pots & pans, and a private backyard with outdoor games, fire pit, patio table and chairs, grill and neighborhood bunnies.
