“Great house right on the lake. Lots of room for cooking and spending time together. Sun room, deck and firepit were our favorites. The dining room table was a great spot for playing board games. Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. ”

“This place was very charming and pleasant, even on a chilly, cloudy Halloween day. It was pet friendly, comfortable beds, well stocked and organized, and nicely decorated. The outside yard and campfire area, as well as the porch, were also great. We would definitely stay here again!”
