“Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”

“There won't be enough spaces for me to type how I feel. I had ZERO communication from the owner until we left. I had to sit in the cold for an hour trying to reach VRBO to gain access to the space. They wouldn't respond to VRBO either. AFTER I had to leave the keys in the space rather than the lockbox (because they never communicated to me) they then messaged me 3 times questioning why I did that. I told them they had never reached out to me once and their comment was it was a "bank……

“Lovely place. Great host Kate and the wee doggies were gorgeous beautiful house and surroundings. Loved the honest shop great idea. we stayed in the black room which was beautiful and clean. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was when we went to use the jet bath there was no hot water and this was at 10.30 at night and had to wait two hours for it to heat up which would have been at 12.30 so we didn’t get to use the facility. Also got locked out a few times as someone put the……
