“Wir genossen unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Appartement in vollen Zügen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und ganz toll eingerichtet, mit vielen schönen Details. Auch von der Ausstattung her fehlte es an nichts. Monica hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch der Kontakt mit Florinda war super. Herzlichen Dank auch für den unkomplizierten Check-in/check-out.”

“L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, la communication est fluide, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons apprécié (merci Natalia). Lina est toujours disponible en cas de besoins et prend soin de ses hôtes. Bref, aucune fausse note, nous recommandons le logement de Lina et la remercions pour sa gentillesse.”

“The house is in a beautiful location with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is fully equipped and well cleaned. The owners were kind and gave us a lot of information. The nearby coasts are wonderful even if there are many tourists in August. The car is essential.”

“We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage……

“Wir haben unsere Ferien auf Sardinien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren schon zig Mal in Italien, hatten aber noch gar nie eine so grosszügig ausgestattete Wohnung wie hier. Da hatten wir einfach sämtliche Haushaltgeräte die wir zu Hause auch haben und Geschirr und Besteck war auch reichlich vorhanden. Dazu hatten wir einen ruhigen und gepflegten Gartensitzplatz und die Lage der Wohnung war so perfekt, dass wir in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Sandstrand von……

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa con giardino ad agosto. Avendo 4 stanze e 3 bagni, ha potuto ospitare comodamente più famiglie. Ci sono stati piccoli contrattempi, sempre prontamente risolti da Cristina, persona gentile e disponibile, che ha davvero fatto la differenza. Il giardino è ben curato e spazioso. Fantastico avendo dei bimbi piccoli. Due spiagge si raggiungono a piedi, per le altre è necessario prendere la macchina. Unica nota critica è per le stanze al piano interrato, che……

“Casa comoda, spaziosa e arredata con stile. Tutto ha funzionato bene e le nostre aspettative sono state ripagate. Host disponibili e gentili. Per il mare serve però la macchina, a piedi é un po' lunga. Consigliamo.”

“Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach……

“We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s house. We enjoyed both gardens at different times, and we slept really well. Air con & wifi working well, the house is well accomodated and the surrendings really pretty. Stefano was very nice and both arrival and departure made easy. We certainly recommend this house for a family !”

“Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a Giugno 2023. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro ma col vantaggio di essere super silenzioso. Il nostro appartamento era molto carino e pulito, in generale il residence è davvero bello e tenuto bello secondo noi. Accoglienza ottima, il personale super gentile e disponibile. Ampio parcheggio, esperienza sicuramente positiva. Unica nota a sfavore è il rapporto qualità prezzo perché nel pernottamento non sono inclusi né asciugamani, biancheria da letto né l'aria……

“Struttura semplice ma estremamente ospitale in ogni aspetto: dall'accoglienza clienti, alla gradevolissima area piscina (presidiata da servizio bagnino a favore delle famiglie e dei loro piccoli). Ubicazione ottima, a due passi dal magnifico mare di Capriccioli, ma anche a breve distanza da tutte le meraviglia della Costa. Rapporto prezzo/qualità imbattibile, gentilezza nei confronti del cliente all'altezza delle più blasonate strutture ricettive di zona. Ottima esperienza ! ”
