“Air conditioning too loud”

“Our room was located at the very end of the complex next to the exit sign. Our bathroom door had been punched in multiple times. It had sharp wood fragments poking out. There was a great big stain in the middle of the carpet. I was staying with a little dog and so I took a picture to make sure I wasn’t charged for the damage. Our bathroom and bed linen was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I don’t think they should have rented us the room they did when there was so much damage to……

“The cabin was cozy on a beautiful property. It's in a convenient location for visiting the Devils Tower park. Parking is in front of each cabin which was very nice for bringing luggage inside for the night. The cabin has an unusual layout. The sink is outside the bathroom next to the bed which was awkward when using the bathroom and needed to use the sink. The sink would not drain properly and filled with water. Overall the experience good. I wouldn't mind coming back.”

“Clean rooms. Bed was comfortable”

“The room was spotless and comfortable for a one night stay. The management was organized for remote check-in. There was a sign at the front desk with a phone number to call. The friendly woman who answered then texted the room code and that was that. It is the first time I never met, or saw, a staff member during an entire stay at any accommodation. However, they were available by phone if needed.”

“Really good people.”
