“Clean room. Never met any staff members. A key with instructions was left in a drop box. Adequate parking directly in front of the room. No breakfast. Coffee available in room.”

“I can't believe this hotel had such a high rating. We did not get our check in information in time and had to call. The place was run down and not even 50 percent of the light bulbs worked and the ones that did work were on their last legs. Couldn't believe there was a mercury-laden pigtail light from the Obama administration. The light in the bathroom had one tiny working bulb out of three. Lights were flickering and dying while we were there. There does not seem to be any WiFi. The only cute……
