"We stayed at Alyeska Resort for my husband’s birthday, and overall it was an amazing experience, especially the hydrotherapy spa. If you’re considering going, do it. We booked a Signature King with a Mountain View and arrived before noon to check in. The front desk wasn’t able to check us in early and recommended we go ahead and enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit since we already had reservations for the day. The spa is open from 10 AM to 9 PM, and honestly, it’s the highlight of the resort. The hot/cold therapy experience, relaxation areas, and scenery made it feel like a true getaway. We could have stayed there all day (and almost did). When we returned to check in, we hit a small snag, the room we prepaid through Expedia (Mountain View) wasn’t showing correctly in their system. Initially, we were offered a room without the view we paid for, which was frustrating, especially since this was meant to be a celebration. After speaking with the manager, who was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely helpful, we were upgraded to a high floor with the correct room type and a beautiful mountain view. That gesture absolutely made the stay feel special, and I appreciated the empathy and willingness to resolve the issue. Food-wise, we tried a few of the restaurants onsite and everything was consistently delicious. Service around the resort, from spa staff to restaurant servers, was warm and welcoming. "

"We stayed for one night for my mom’s birthday and really enjoyed our time. The location was fantastic, the space was very clean, and it had great amenities for a comfortable stay. The only thing we wish was different is a slightly later checkout (11 AM would have been perfect), but we understand the cleaning needs between guests. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!"

"Cabin would look so much nicer if vegetation in front of cabin and also the back yard was cut down. Unable to access back yard. Noticed houses in surrounding area the same way. Maybe there is a reason? Too short a summer to deal with the outside? "

"The building is tucked alongside a mountainside. The views are great. The place was spotless. We spent the day at Alyeska's Nordic Spa, so we were tired out when we arrived. I would recomend this property to everyone."
