"It is a wonderful place. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The hosts are very special people. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. They are so accommodating. "
"Property was adequate for the one night we stayed there. It appears on weekends, there is no maintenance person available. The pod container for the in room coffee maker was missing and the front desk attendee said he could not help but there was coffee in the break room available. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty so we could not take a decent shower. "

"Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. There was a ln area power outage in the area and our hosts were right there letting us know there was an issue and making sure we were ok"

"Such a wonderful stay!! So so quiet!! Loved to hear the acorns on the roof. Attention to detail was spot on. Clean and sweet. Beautiful weekend as the leaves begin to change "
"Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. Lake is best for fishing, kayaking or just viewing. The Perch Lodge checked all the boxes, the lake on the other hand is quite limited (I have been around lakes my whole life)."
"Very nice place. We weren’t there much as we were visiting our son on Crooked Lake . Two minor things that we didn’t mention on our critique sheet were that 1. Needs Kleenex in each bathroom 2. When we are paying this much for the use of your VRBO we didn’t think we should have to wash the dishes. No one could tell, then, if they were properly cleaned! Beds were great and living room was perfect! "
