Property was okay; concerns about location of parking lot and available spaces were a concern. No microwave in room. Other amenities such as a snack vending machine on each floor along with the existing Pepsi soda vending machine would have been helpful. The lack of Do Not Disturb signs was also a concern. Being called on house phone by unknown guests other than the main desk concerning room service requests was unusual. Other than that, staff were polite and helpful as the front desk did ask via house phone if my room was satisfactory.

The property has a lot to learn. We stayed Saturday night at around 12 am went to Ihop for Breakfast. When we came back we used the side entrance. There was a black man in the hallway as soon as we came thru the door he followed us in. I made a comment about him doing this and he started in on me about Racial profiling. I was beyond shocked. The rules are the rules. We went to the front desk and the gentlemen working was just as rude as the black guy that followed us in. I would never stay at this hotel again. Especially when I paying upward of 245 per night for this kind of treatment. NO THANKS!!!!!!
