The first room we were given unfortunately had bedding that was covered in both dog and human hair. We notified the staff, who were very friendly, responsive, and quickly helped us move to a new room. They also discounted our stay for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. Overall, the amenities, location, and staff were great.

Staff was very nice. Easy location. Seemed obvious they didn't clean UNDER the bed too often as I did find a hair clip that wasn't mine and a couple other odd items (trash) but nothing dirty. Room was comfortable.

We had an amazing stay. The breakfast was great, we do keto so the eggs and sausage were perfect. The beds and pillows were comfy. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Water pressure was great in the shower which is very important. Just minutes from the casino or down town. We will definitely be back.

Good weekend stay

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The Internet at the front desk went out Saturday evening which caused issues with checking in for some other family members. The beds are not very comfortable, unless you like sleeping on a hard bed. Otherwise it was good and exactly what we needed

Concert stay

A few things were amiss, but nothing too major. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Fridge froze things overrnight. Hotel staff were amazing and handled the problem. Beds were a little on the hard side for me and windows in room were small. That is all personal preference. Overall, stay was good! Room was clean and friendly staff. LOVE that checkout is noon!

We generally stay here every fall while visiting family. The hotel stay is always great & we appreciate seeing some of the same friendly faces year after year. The only negative was that the shampoo, conditioner & body soap bottles were all empty in the shower. We had to go down to the front desk to get refills, but we were unable to hang them in the shower...it looked as though a key of some sort was needed. Also, there were no toilet paper replacements in the room. With 5 people staying in the room we were down to 1 roll. This was all taken care of, but I think these are all items that should have been checked when the room was last cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
