“Fabulous property and location - honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The property is just steps away from the pedestrian zone - less than 1 block on way and 1 ½ blocks the other. Communication with the host was flawless (there is no in-site staff). This was our 3rd week of a 5 week Central Europe exploration and a HUGE and unexpected win was a laundry machine in the communal space. “Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning.
Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard like a stone. Gym is like a sauna and the lighting of it is very poor. Some equipment was broken.
To high price in regards of the bad quality and not accessible spa.
