Villa Cirka is a beautiful six-bedroom villa in central Istria that can accommodate 12 people for a family or a group of friends. The villa offers a beautiful outdoor area and an equally impressive interior. The outdoor area offers guests the opportunity to relax and cool off in the 36 m² heated pool, relax on the sun loungers with a refreshing drink and let the little ones play table tennis while they enjoy their vacation. A charcoal barbecue, a covered outdoor dining area and comfortable garden furniture are available to guests. You can also prepare wonderful home-cooked meals outside on the barbecue. Both the interior and exterior of the two levels of the villa are decorated with numerous wooden details and have a modern, homely style. The main house has a large, spacious living room with a pool table and foosball table, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. A bedroom with bunk beds and en-suite bathroom and a second toilet is located on the first floor of Villa Cirka. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and is also pet-friendly. On the second floor of Villa Cirka there are four more elegant bedrooms, each with a TV, air conditioning and an attached bathroom with shower. Two of these bedrooms also have access to balconies. The pool house, which is separate from the main house, has a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower and is the ideal place for couples looking for a little peace and quiet. Villa Cirka is a fantastic place for a special vacation with family and friends, as it offers many pleasant amenities, a beautiful design and an excellent location. You will find the beautiful Villa Cirka in the central Istrian village of Svetvincenat. Vodnjan, Motovun and Groznjan are some of the beautiful and romantic towns in this area that are worth a visit. Near the villa you will find excellent restaurants and taverns with a wide selection of traditional dishes such as homemade Istrian prosciutto (prsut), Istrian pasta (fuzi) and Mediterranean homemade specialties. The popular town of Rovinj is not far from the property, while Pula, Istria's biggest pearl, lies to the south of the region. Numerous sights in Pula are well known, as is the Roman amphitheater, which you should definitely visit. The next stop should be the Brijuni National Park if you want to explore the picturesque surroundings and enjoy the nature and wildlife. The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
