Floor-to-ceiling windows, a king bed in the primary room, a kitchen set up for real cooking, and in-unit washer/dryer mean the apartment works for a long weekend, a work trip, or a family stay without compromise. Mins walk to the opera house precinct, the QVB, and the ferry wharves.

The Space:
The apartment runs across a single open floor plan with three distinct zones.

Living and dining: the sectional sofa faces floor-to-ceiling windows with direct CBD skyline sightlines. The dining table seats six — same count as the apartment's capacity. A 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and fast wifi if you need to work during your stay.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Enjoy your meals together at the dining table — whether it's a home-cooked dinner or takeaway from nearby eateries.

Step outside to the balcony or patio with outdoor seating — perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down in the fresh air. Balcony: outdoor seating for two with unobstructed views north over the CBD.

Building amenities: Lap pool, sauna, and fully equipped gym available to guests. Pool table and table tennis available too.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire apartment, including the three private bedrooms (Master Ensuite, Bedroom 2 and 3, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, the comfortable living room, and the outdoor balcony or patio with seating. Enjoy the convenience of having the whole place to yourselves, perfect for families and groups.

The Neighborhood:
George Street is the main artery of Sydney's CBD — you are not near the action, you are in it.

On foot: 1 minute to World square and 3 minutes to the Queen Victoria Building. 7 minutes to Darling Harbour.

Short trips: 15 minutes by ferry to Manly Beach. 25 minutes to Bondi Junction by train. 23 minutes to the airport by Kingsford Smith Airport link train.

Eat and drink within a 5-minute walk: the small-bar strip on York Street for after-dinner drinks. The CBD's best Vietnamese on Dixon Street in Chinatown (Note: Dixon Street is an easy 5-minute walk south from this address). Breakfast at one of the local cafes around World Square or Bathurst Street (such as The Ground of the City or Workshop Espresso nearby).

Local tip: the Wynyard Park rooftop garden on the corner of George and Barrack is the best low-key lunch spot in the CBD that most visitors never find.

Getting Around:
Airport: Sydney Kingsford Smith is approx 20–25 minutes by Car, Uber or taxi (longer during weekday peak hours), or take the Airport Link train from Town Hall Station — a 1-to-2 minute walk from the apartment (the station entrance is essentially right next door) — for around $20 per person.

Public transport: Town Hall Station (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 lines) and Wynyard Station (T1 line) are both within a short walk. Opal card is the fastest way to pay — available at any 7-Eleven. (Note: You can also just tap on and off directly with your contactless credit card, debit card, or phone).

Car: Parking is available in the premises. CBD congestion pricing does not currently apply in Sydney (though a separate Parking Space Levy affects commercial parking operators). Ride-share pickup is straightforward from George Street — Uber, DiDi, and Ola all operate throughout Sydney.

Bike: Lime and Neuron e-bikes are available in the CBD via app. The shared cycle lane runs the length of George Street.

🕒 Same-Day Bookings
To ensure our housekeeping and check-in processes run smoothly, we require at least one day's notice for bookings.
Please note:

A 3 PM check-in cannot be guaranteed for same-day or last-minute bookings, especially if guests are checking out that morning.

Guests with advance reservations will be prioritized for check-in.

🕓 Early Check-In Requests
Standard check-in time is 3 PM. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll let you know.
$100 for 2 hours more hours early check-in and $200 applies to more than 3 hours. Subject to availability.

Please understand that, unlike hotels, we don’t have alternate rooms to offer. If another guest is checking out on your arrival day, our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the space.

🕙 Late Check-Out Requests
We may be able to offer a late check-out based on our housekeeping schedule.

Please contact us by 24 hours before your departure to check availability.

For check-outs after 12 PM, an additional night’s fee applies, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre before check-out day.

If not confirmed, check-out will remain at 10 AM, and our team will proceed with scheduled cleaning.

These are meant to get you started and may not last your entire stay.

Portacot & High Chair

Note: For safety and hygiene, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot.

A padded base mat is included. We recommend using your own baby linens and mattress to avoid sensitivities.

A smart sensor is installed in the living area.

It is not a camera and does not record video or raw audio.

It monitors noise levels, smoking detection, temperature, humidity, and occupancy (motion and connected mobile devices).

All data is presented as graphs only, used to help ensure a comfortable and secure environment.

Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events allowed.
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
Any disturbance may result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
