Staff had already delivered our luggage and put them in our room when we checked in. Check in at the Chengdu branch is through a machine, but very straight forward process. The room is clean and surprisingly soundproof for Ximending area. It is pretty close to Ximen station. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and they also delivered the package to our room while we were out during the day, which was great.
