Cozy charming house in a quiet area

Cozy modern furnished house. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.
3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and large wardrobes and one with 1m wide bunk bed and large wardrobe) 2 extra mattresses are also available and cot.
Tastefully decorated living room with 2 sofas and armchair, TV, DVD, as well as amplifiers and speakers where you can connect your computer, phone or tablet.
Dining room with seating for 10 people, high chair is also available!
Modern designed kitchen with stove with convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, rice cooker etc.
Exclusive bathroom with large bath for 2 people, shower. Outdoor shower is in the tropical garden!
Washing machine.
Tropical garden with bamboo, mango trees, orchids and a nice outdoor shower.
Towels and bed linen.
Toys and children's books.
Lots of books and DVD movies.
Swedish standard (even comfortable beds with
mattress pad, which is unusual in Thailand).

Wifi is NOT available, but 4G hotspot is available to borrow, the cost for surfing is for yourself. about 1 month is 300 baht (70kr)
