"Extremely kind and friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast menu was small but was sufficient enough to have a meal set option of Chinese or Western food. We got the Love Suite and it was more than enough space for a couple. The room had an amazing Mountain View and a private spa bath overlooking the outside views. Hotel location is fairly close to all the BeiTou attractions. Love the free shuttle service between the hotel and the nearest subway station. Will most definitely book here again!"

I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. "We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. "
