"Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

"We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house, it really is in the most wonderful peaceful setting with plenty of comfortable places to sit outside and enjoy the spectacular view of the hills in the distance. The pool is a lovely size with lots of comfortable sun beds to lie on as well as a clever shaded pergola and also a handy outside shower.The house inside was perfectly equipped with everything you need and there were fans provided in every room. "The house is even better than the pictures! The location is great, the house is very modern and well decorated. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The main part of the house has 3 bedrooms and there is also a 4th, separate, private bedroom with an ensuite. There was plenty of seating for our family of 5 for eating inside or out and relaxing by the pool. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this house. "

"Our stay did not get of to a good start. No information was provided upon arrival about the house, how things work, or practical details. We had to figure out everything by over self. The house was dirty when we arrived. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La localisation est parfaite et nous avions une vue imprenable sur le village de Fayence est ses environs depuis la propriété. Le jardin et la piscine sont de taille respectable et bien entretenus. La maison en elle même est bien équipée jusque dans les derniers détails et très vaste. Elle nécessite un peu de maintenance par endroits mais rien de bien méchant (eg volets roulants). Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille ou des...

"Overall the property was fine - but it is really showing its age. Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. A 10-15 minute drive to the beach."
