We arrived after along tiring day, Francesco ensured we were able to get a meal even though we missed the official reservation time of 5pm. We had some issues with the air-con in our room and the staff did as much as they could at the time but due to the lateness of the hour they could not fix it. "This hotel is sublime. The photos on the website do not do it justice. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff are very helpful. The pool area is lovely and the shuttle to the private beach was incredibly convinient and luxerious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel is also well located and a five minute walk to local resturants and shops. 10/10. "
