“This is our second year staying at this place. WE LOVE IT! Perfect location to catch the lightrail, we took it to 5 Diamondbacks games. Very clean, quiet and comfortable!”

“Great location to ASU & shopping. The unit was spacious and comfortable. However, could have had a few more options for bake ware like a cookie (cooking) sheet, The kitchen, bathrooms and balcony were very dirty. Better quality bedding would have made it the perfect stay.”

“This place was perfect for our spring training stay. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and my 7 year old son. He loved the pool which is conveniently located right outside the front door. The host was great at communicating, checked with me to make sure we got in okay and even left a special gift for my baseball loving son. It was very thoughtful! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Traveled 10 hours and arrived 2 hours early. Code I received did not work. Reached out to host, management company replied it would be an additional 75 for an early check in. This was done AFTER the cleaning lady was leaving and told me everything was all set.All of my past experiences with VRBO, the host has always been overly accommodating. Some even showing up early to greet me. This place is managed by Good Life Arizona, not an independent owner. The management company reached out via email,...

“Better in person! Great location and fantastic property. It would be great for 2 couples because it has 2 full bathrooms and 2 separate laundry facilities. We LOVED the steam in the main bathroom. Now I'm hooked. We would love to stay again.”

“I was visiting to help move my daughter into ASU. The unit was conveniently located minutes from campus, but on the quieter, Scottsdale side of the river. The unit was thoughtfully appointed, with modern and easy to use appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and a pool just a few feet away. The inclusion of a covered parking spot was a highly appreciated. ”

“There were many things we liked about our stay at the “Airplane Hangar” and a few things that were negatives for us. The complex is very nice and well maintained. It has a great pool and well-equipped gym. The condo was very well supplied. The patio was a good size with comfortable chairs and loungers. There is a significant amount of noise from the planes flying in and out of Sky Harbor. There are no shades on the windows in the dining and living room, which would be nice to allow privacy in...

“Very easy check in, Papago park across from the condo. Quiet clean area, except you are in a flight pattern for landing at PHX. I would definitely not think twice about staying here again. ”

“After 15 years of using booking websites, I can honestly say Monet is the most responsive host we’ve ever encountered. Her condo is exceptionally well-stocked and sparkling clean—she truly thought of everything we needed for our month-long stay. The beds feature high-quality linens, and the kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. The building amenities are fantastic, including a great pool, hot tub, and gym, with direct access to lakeside trails. It’s also incredibly convenient: you’re...

“We have been to the Phoenix area and rented for several years in a row. We found this house to be our favorite, especially enjoying the privacy afforded by the design of the house with its many floor to ceiling windows, patio doors and walled front and back patios. We found driving to where ever we wanted to go easy and both paved and dirt walking paths just outside the entrance to the subdivision. We will definitely re-rent again! ”

“Enjoyable stay!”
