This beautiful slope side, chalet styled townhome, sits directly on Blue Mountain at the base of the Happy Valley ski run, providing ski in and ski out access to the ticket booths and lifts. The 1250 square foot multi-level unit offers spectacular views of the mountain from the living room. You can even catch a peak at the blue waters of Georgian Bay during the day and has great star gazing at night! The townhome has been fully renovated and kept in top condition. It is professionally cleaned after guests check out. The property is very private and usually quiet for this area, for those who want to enjoy the outdoors but be close to all amenities in the Blue Mountain Resort Village and surrounding towns.

Directly off the reserved parking lot, our unit is located on the second level of the Chateau Ridge condo complex. A convenient exterior private locker outside the front door is provided to store your outdoor gear.

The main floor is open concept with modern rustic decor throughout, features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar for 2, and a dining room with seating for 6 - great for entertaining friends or enjoying a family dinner. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling and two-story bay window with an expansive view of the mountain. The living room offers a 55' LCD TV, free Bell Fibe wifi (300 mps down, 200 up). The comfy sofa and club chairs provide ample lounging space. The sofa has a queen size pull out bed and along with the window bench (single size mattress), 2 or more additional guests can be accommodated.

Up a flight of stairs you will find the large quiet guest bedroom with 2 double beds, vaulted ceiling, double-height window, and LCD TV. The guest bedroom has an adjoining bathroom furnished with shower. Up a second set of stairs leads to the master loft bedroom which overlooks the living room and has a view of the slopes through the living room cathedral windows. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, LCD TV and luxurious 3 piece ensuite bathroom. – great for relaxing after a day on the slopes or at the beach.

There’s no need to get into your car! A short 10-15 minute walk from the townhome will take you to the Blue Mountain Village which offers more than 25 restaurants, bars, shops, spa, and outdoor activities. Some of our favorite activities within walking/skiing distance include:
• The Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are located at the The Plunge Aquatic Centre in the Village. Reservations can be made on line, additional charges apply.
• Hiking on the Bruce Trail - accessed from behind the complex
• Bike rentals
• Ridge Runner Coaster
• Climbing Wall
• Snow shoeing
• Skating on Mill Pond in the Village
• Zip lines and rope course
• Tennis
• Skiing and Boarding, of course!

If you want to venture a little farther, you can enjoy a few local small and clean beaches or the world famous Wasaga beach, a variety of beautiful golf courses, luxurious spas, Bruce Trail hiking, rolling country roads, and small towns with gourmet restaurants and pubs.

Great stay

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and father. Nicely decorated, clean and looks exactly as the pics! Greg was super responsive and the location was ideal, just a 10 minute walk from the village. Will be back for ski season!

Excellent all around!

The property was perfect for us - very clean and spacious with opportunity to study quietly, have some privacy from group, ability to cook in house. Tucked away from all the action, but still at the foot of the chair lift and a short walk to the village. 10/10 would recommend and return.

Wonderful time!

Second time staying here because it it so wonderful! Those of us who ski love the ski in and out feature. The view is my favourite, I love seeing the slopes out of the window and from the balcony. The condo has everything we needed and is in a convenient location to the village. Greg was wonderful and responsive as always. Looking forward to next year already!

Slope side chalet

This is an excellent ski in/ski out location at Blue Mountain. Property is well maintained and well equipped. We made all our meals during our stay. Joso’s pub is only a few hundred meters away for apres ski drinks in a fun atmosphere. Great flat screen TV for movies and sports. Beds are very comfortable. Host is very responsive if any questions arise. We have stayed here in the past and will come back in the future.

Amazing condo in perfect location

We loved everything about this vrbo and blue mountain. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything you could need. We didn’t cook, but it seemed to be a well stocked kitchen. With the village and it’s multitude of great restaurants in walking distance, there was no temptation to cook at home. The beds were very comfortable. Greg was easy to communicate with and responded to messages immediately. For anyone wanting a great place to ski in and out, this is it. We stay in several vrbo rentals a year and this is one of our all time favorites.

Well kept condo unit, very clean!

We liked our stay here, we had everthing we needed as the kichten was fully equipped. The gorgoues window with a seating area was my 5 year old daughters favourite part. We were close enough to the resort to walk, but with our daughter we decided to take our car. The parking is free at the village area. We did the play all day, which I sugguest buying advance 7day pass if you know you are going ahead of time. Saves you a bit of money! It was nice to be able to come back to our homebase (as my daughter would say) and enjoy the place and relax.

Our multigenerational family of five just returned from this property. The location was great because it was a very short walk to Blue Mountain Village. The condo itself was very spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were quite comfortable, the decor was attractive and modern, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with lovely linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare a meal and several condiments were conveniently provided. It felt like home and we would stay there again without hesitation. AND, the condo was pet friendly with a bowl for food and water. We also found a great, pet friendly beach on Georgian Bay called Christie Beach. Many thanks Greg!

Very nice place, awesome location

As advertised. Very clean & organized. Could snowbaord directly from condo to lift ticket kiosk & nearest express ski lift. We had 3 adults & our nine month old and it was more than enough space. Beautiful window views. Very nice spot, great kitchen with everything you need. Extremely close drive to the beautiful village with tons of restaurants & shops. Easy enough walk (we didn't because of our stroller/ snowy conditions).

Ski weekend

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in! The property is beautifully redone and well situated slope side. The ski out was pretty easy with a short walk to get back. The bay window is a nice feature to sit and read or just watch the skiers. Greg was great to work with and went above and beyond to return my necklace that I left behind. We plan to return!

Wonderful place and excellent host. Greg was very good with communication and went above and beyond for us. My mother forgot some personal effects there and Greg touched base to let us know that he is willing to deliver them himself to us in a couple days. We will be back. Was so great. Our little Frenchie loved it also. Great views of skiing and truly ski in and ski out place.
