"Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily."

"The stairs were much more than we could handle, even though they were well described in listing. We couldn’t regulate the water temperature shower. The highlight was the bed … extremely comfortable. Because of stairs and shower, we only stayed one night out of three. We informed host that we had left but never received a response. This was disappointing. A simple acknowledgement that we had left would have been much appreciated."
