We stayed when there was some freezing rain and the sidewalks were not salted in the morning so you had to be careful. But the staff was very friendly upon check in and check out. Kitchen was great. Just one note: the dish soap bottle only contained water. We couldn’t find any more so I dumped the water and left the empty container just in case you needed it to just refill (which is what I do at home). Otherwise it was fine.

Close to beach, park, and downtown. Annual Harvestfest event was taking place during our stay which was fun to stroll through all the street vendors. Very nice stay and location.
