Apartment Rosa 1 has its own private, secluded, partially covered terrace with 2 lounge chairs, a large table with 2 chairs, and two small wicker armchairs with a side table. The view of the sea and the west coast is outstanding. It’s a lovely spot for breakfast and, starting at noon, a sunny place to sunbathe.

The terrace is exclusively for Apartment 1; however, if two couples who are friends rent both apartments, Apartment 2 may also use the terrace.

The terrace is connected to the kitchen-living room through a door. The fully equipped kitchenette offers plenty of storage space and a small seating area at the counter with two stools. A large sofa completes the living area.

The bedroom is situated on the quiet garden side. The separate bathroom features a shower and toilet and is modernly furnished. There is also space for the washing machine here.

Apartment Rosa 2 has its own small garden with 2 lounge chairs and a table with 2 chairs behind the house—a cozy, sunny, green oasis in the afternoons. Rosa 2 is slightly larger than Rosa 1 but is similarly equipped.

The kitchen has space for a dining table with two chairs. From there, you can access the living room via two steps.

The bedroom, with two single beds, is located on the quiet back side of the house and is directly connected to the bathroom.

A shared barbecue area with a large dining table is available for both apartments. Not far from the house, the owner has set up a hammock, sheltered by two trees. A lovely, shady spot for a siesta with a view of the sea.

The two Rosa apartments are located well below La Punta de Tijarafe, at an elevation of just 300 meters above sea level.

The apartments are on the upper floor of a house and each has a separate entrance. The owner and her husband live downstairs.
The house is located at the end of a small residential street—an ideal spot to enjoy your vacation undisturbed in a green oasis. Thanks to its prime location near the coast, the climate here is pleasant practically year-round.

Because the apartments are located away from the main roads, you will definitely need a rental car.

The house is surrounded by a property of approximately 1,000 square meters with a garden and a communal grill. The owner places great importance on her guests’ privacy. She gladly shares produce from her garden with guests. A bread roll delivery service is available every day except Sundays.

The Rosa apartments are perfect for a couple with a toddler or for two couples who are friends.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
