Sunset Serenade . Oceanview Home with Rustic Charm • Walk to Beach

This cozy 1950’s Sunset Serenade rustic beach house has a partial ocean view throughout the home and is centrally located in Oceanside with only a short walk to the downtown and public beach. Enjoy the stunning ocean view and sunsets from the top deck and partial view on the enclosed bottom deck. Cuddle up by the warm wood-stove fire on cool evenings or crack the window on warm summer nights to hear the ocean lull you to sleep in this 1,020 square foot home with two floors.
On the top floor there is one queen bed in the master and a full-size bunk in the second room. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or a smaller couple. Bunks can sleep 2 people per double bunk.
The bottom floor has a bathroom, kitchenette that includes a second refrigerator, storage supply, pretty glassware, pull-out sleeper sofa and TV. Use your imagination; Kids room, cocktail room, or just a place to relax, etc…
*Wireless internet service is free, and you can stream your favorite venue of choice.
*Games and cards are provided, as well as art supplies.
*Multiple places to view the ocean and the beach, both inside and outside of the beach house.
*maximum occupancy for 4 adults and 2 children 12 and under. Comfortable fit for 2 adults and 2 children or another adult couple.
*Master bedroom has a partial ocean view with sliding window to hear the soothing sounds of the surf.
*Your potty trained, and well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. Dogs must be housebroken and please keep them off the furniture (Dog beds provided under the queen bed). Keep your dog on a leash when outside, please.
*Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, French press, Pour Over, coffee grinder with coffee provided, waffle maker, microwave, bullet blender, and toaster. There are 2 refrigerators....one on each floor. There is no dishwasher, yet. There is a propane BBQ grill located directly on the second floor outside the door on the deck.
*Parking is available for 1 vehicle in front of the garage on the gravel driveway.
*This home has been licensed and inspected as a rental property by Tillamook County.
*WiFi is provided through Spectrum; however, service interruptions caused by power or cable outages are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding

Weekend getaway

The house is definitely older, but the furnishing were very nice. The house had nearly everything we needed. The view from the top deck is terrific. Sadly it was way too windy to stay up there and light the the firepit.

Cute place with tall charm

Each floor level is its own experience with the upstairs roof deck to be a spectacular view of the ocean. It was beautiful during sunset. The upstairs room with the corner windows was my favorite to hang out in. Thank you for the memories.

Perfect little coastal getaway

This cute little two-story (plus balcony on top) has all the charm I relish about Oceanside and the "secret beaches" of the Three Capes region of Oregon. It would be a great place for those who want a quiet beach stay well off the much-busier routes.

Sunset Serenade is a great stay!

We arrived with a welcome basket of bubbly and cheese/crackers which set the stage on the level of hospitality that Lori takes with her guests. Great spot, walking distance to the beach, firewood and stove (well stocked) and great communication throughout our stay. Well done! Highly recommend to all

The roof deck is really incredible, I loved sitting up there to watch the sunset with the fire going. The whole place was set up with thoughtful touches that made it extra special. Hopefully I'll be back some day!

Cozy Serene Getaway

Cozy cottage vibe. Cute decor. Easy access to beach. Found everything we needed to use. Clean comfy beds. Lots of stairs if you have someone with limited mobility. Loves the rooftop patio and fireplace. Perfect place to take in the beauty and sea air.

Much Needed Time Away

This house was perfect for our needs. The owner took time to write a personal note, and there were plenty of notes to help us out with things like closing a tricky door or using the firepit on the deck. There was a nice view of the ocean. The area is quiet and peaceful, and it's within driving distance to some nice restaurants, other beaches, and touristy activities.

So good, we stayed longer

This adorable house was so perfectly situated that we decided to stay two extra days. The owner was helpful and accommodating. The view can’t be beat. The distance to the beach is easy. Everything we needed was right there including buckets for kids to play with at the beach. I’m coming back to this house next time we’re in the area!

Memorial Weekend

Myself, my sweetie Patrick and our four legged fur baby Pookie had the most amazing stay! We walked on the beach, watched movies, spent time on the roof top deck, we BBQ’d, went to Cape Meares Lighthouse and the Octopus Tree and it was all glorious! This Beach rental is a must stay!! The Home was cozy and the fire on the roof top deck was so nice! You cannot beat the view from up there! Lori was so responsive to any questions I had and very kind. She took the time to write out some fun things for us to check out in the area, which was very sweet. The little town of Oceanside is so wonderful, everyone is friendly and the beach is beautiful!

Oceanside overlook

Super unique property with amazing ocean views from rooftop deck and living room.Well equiped kitchen with some nice personal welcoming surprises,lits of space betwen fllors and a bonus deck to BBQ. Wood burning stove and TV on both floors kept kid entertained.Clise walk to beach and " downtown" Oceanside " which is our new favorite escape from the masses of Cannon Beach and Seaside.We will be back for sure!

Enjoying sunset at Oceanside

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed 2 beautiful sunsets. The first night was a short walk to the beach to take in the Sun disappearing behind Three Arch Rocks. The second night we sipped wine from the rooftop as day gave way to night. The home had a lot of cute decorations and Lori makes your stay feel personal and comfortable. The kitchen was compact but had everything we needed to make breakfast of scrambled eggs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home provided a place to rest, hangout, enjoy the outdoor spaces and easy access to the beach and other attractions nearby Oceanside.

Wonderful

There was a japanese flare to the place... tea set, noodle cup yhatzee, eye masks, ear plugs, a walking stick at the door. The amenities made us wish for them at all rental homes. I wish i had the time to use the easel and paints on the rooftop with grandiose views of the oregon coast. 11 out of 10.
