"The customer service is outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay here and we were blown away by the welcoming, friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us. We are a retired couple from Australia travelling the world by bicycle. A quick thank you to John the manager that personally made sure our needs were met and also a special mention of the chef Vardhan Bahl who created delicious dishes around my food intolerances. All the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was incredible . The rooms were huge and very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. I'd like to thank Muskan for her amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Despite having challenges at the airport with the indigo disruption, she managed to arrange a pick up, put us in a very good room, made my wife's birthday very special by the beach and was always available for absolutely anything and everything that we needed. While the Property is great, it's the staff that take it to the next level so keep up the great work Taj. We look forward to staying at another Taj property very soon. "

"Due to the problem of flights from Jet Airways, our flight took off late by six hours yet. The Hotel welcomed us at around 3 PM in the morning, and we were provided all the required things. In addition to that we were upgraded from a cottage to exclusive suit. It was an unforgettable experience for us. Thanks to the management. Thanks to all the services wear excellent as always."
