What stood out most was the genuine willingness of every team member to assist. We were a group of 21 people, and each one of us was thoroughly impressed by the warmth and efficiency of the staff. A special mention goes to Food Department, who went above and beyond—not only accommodating specific dietary requirements for some members of our group but also personally ensuring that special requests beyond the buffet menu were fulfilled seamlessly. The picnic by the pool was a lovely treat and a great way to enjoy the weather and pool amenities. Benalium beach is a 100m walk with various food options. "
