“I work 2 jobs, volunteer regularly, and am constantly on the go. Having a bonus week off of work I decided to book myself a getaway. Lil Tio was the perfect location for that! Lil Tio has a homey and spacious vibe, I felt safe being there by myself the entire time. I would definitely recommend! ”

“It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. ”

“This Cabin is nestled on a beautiful lot, very private with lovely access to a creek. Listening to the water in the comfortable front porch rocking chairs was very relaxing. The owner thought of so many little touches to make you right at home. I highly recommend. ”

“From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time.”

“Stayed 3 nights with our kids and couldn't have asked for better accommodations! Cabin was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed. The yard and view was amazing. There were recent storms and the river was pretty high and fast, so we didn't try to swim in it. Used the grill and fire pit every night. Great trip! ”
