Cute boutique. Lobby smelled great. Jug of ice cold water flavored with lemon or cucumbers or strawberries, nice touch. Great decor. Staff friendly and receptive and helpful. The room although small had great windows, view of golf course. Terrace view of ocean. Shower very hot which was outstanding. . Thin walls could hear shower next door. Terrace close together could smell smoke from room next door. Would prefer no smoking Period.

Beautiful botanical gardens at the University of Stellenbosch. The gardens contain a large collection of local plants and some glasshouses. It's well worth a stroll around and there's a great cafe under the shade of the tree canopy. There's a small shop and don't miss the large bonsai collection out the back. The gardens are free. Give yourself about an hour to look around or longer if you want to have lunch.
