A unique and convenient set up for large groups! "The Gathering Place" and "Zion's View" are two tastefully decorated homes that will sleep 41 people combined. The houses are connected by quick walking paths and driveways, and are situated on a several hundred acres ranch. The layout of this property provides an ideal setup for reunions, retreats, sports teams and special celebrations. The ranch is centrally located for Southern Utah's many unique attractions!

Due to our severe drought conditions, absolutely NO fires are allowed on the property. **Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $500 fine!**
WEDDING RULES: if you provide alcohol for guests, you MUST have a hired, licensed bartender responsible for ensuring the safety of your guests.
