“The location is very convenient, close to the train station and city center. The capsule was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the quiet atmosphere on the second floor. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag.……

“This hotel was excellent in every respect , immaculately clean. Big fluffy towels, changed every day. Free coffee and tea in reception 24hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.”

“Cleaning staff did not clean the room on the Saturday when requested. No variety in the Breakfast buffet offer across a 7 day period and not hot enough. Bits of litter across different parts of the hotel, small bag left for 3 days near lift.”

“5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! Incredible- their view was due to very……

Nous avons fait appel à la réception, pour un souci technique, le problème a été réglé en 2 minutes , l agent d entretien est intervenu 30 secondes après notre appel. Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème.”

“We were advised when we checked in that the elevator was disabled and as our room was two floors up we agreed to hand carry our bags up and then down again the next morning ( no big deal) but when we requested a water, they wanted to charge us 3 Euros for a 25 ml bottle of water.”
