specious apartment in the heart of Trabzon

Very nice hotel, we stayed in specious apartment overlooking the black see and mountain. the breakfast is tasty and has variety of traditional Turkish food, usually offered for breakfast, the location is the best think in this hotel, in the heart of the shopping area of Trabzon City. The staff speak English well and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for every budy.

Nice room in Trabzon.

Room was large and clean. Shower was difficult to use. They served a nicer breakfast than I expected.

Excellent Hotel

Overall, the hotel was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the receptionists were very friendly. I have a small comment regarding the pillow and towels. I think they should change the pillow as it was old and the towel was old as well.

Schönes Hotel! Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Taxi vom Flughafen kostet ca 250 Lira. Wir haben über das Hotel ein Taxi zum Kloster bestellt, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich

The location of hotel on google map was wrong. The Guest better search for point cafe instead of lifepoint hotel. The room service was terrible, No toothpaste No toothbrush, Bad quality Shampoo and etc. The bathroom sanitary system was not working well and there was always water in bath tub. The breakfast was not good in comparison to the other turkey hotels. There is no even fruits in breakfast menu.

Solid 3-star property. I would stay again if only for the central location by all the downtown shopping and the very nice helpful staff who all spoke English. Furniture is kind of old style. Place was clean, but pillows had a smell. We had a top floor room with view of the Black Sea and a nice balcony. Starbucks on site. Breakfast was better than our prior few hotels.
