10/10 Excellent
"Great location, friendly staff and nice room. Only surprise was shower can be seen when you walk into the room as there is no separation from entrance/bedrooms with dividing wall. "
"This is a great location in the city because is near the train station (Hbf) where the S- & U-bahn, buses and taxis are plentiful. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and nonsmoking. It is an older building and has an elevator, but there are often steps to negotiate on each floor. "
"The staff was absolutely lovely, the rooms are big and comfortable. The only thing i didn't quite like was the gym because it was too hot. But that aside everything was perfect."
"As a non-German speaker, this was a super easy and welcoming hotel. It has more hostel vibes (the check in is at the bar, offer for a free drink in lieu of room cleaning) but the rooms are totally luxurious. I got a canal facing room and highly recommend it."
"Excellent Hotel located right in the heart of Hamburg. Super clean, they have excellent parking, staff are friendly.
The washroom is nice, great shower. Lots of cafes, restaurants nearby."
