“Continuous construction noise on the 3rd floor without noticfication ”

“Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”

“Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water, toilet and shower worked great. Cleaning ladies were friendly. Hotel is definitely located in a poor, run down neighborhood. My only real issue was one or two of the girls that worked reception. If you asked for help or asked any questions, they acted annoyed and offered no help or assistance with anything. Very bad attitudes. Please don't interrupt their cell phone time, they will not be happy with you! ”

“Nice area, good size for 2 beds and has washer in suits. Also you can cook and has dining table. Nice design inside. But wishing it had the elevator. Very quiet and safe area. ”

“Check-in is painful (get to the door and phone them on WhatsApp, if you have data), the room wasn't very clean (hair throughout and dried urine on toilet), there was no soap, no toilet paper (at all), and a kettle with tea but no coffee. The owners were responsive and brought supplies. There is no door on the bathroom and a bath with a wand but no shower.”
