"From my experience, villas don’t often match up to the glossy photos online – but Stone Villa really did. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place was spot on, and the views were amazing.Communication was brilliant, both before we arrived and while we were there. We had a problem with the pool heating on the first day (a Sunday), and it was sorted the very next morning.The welcome pack with wine was a lovely touch, and the fact it included vegan bits was really thoughtful – thank you!We’d been a bit worried about the border crossings, but honestly, it was fine. We crossed into Croatia a many times and popped over to Montenegro as well, and only once did we wait longer than a few minutes – about 15 minutes at their version of rush hour. It meant we got to explore three countries and even collect a few passport stamps along the way.The villa itself was fantastic, the location couldn’t have been better, and the hosts were just great. Would definitely recommend – thanks again for helping make our extened family holiday such a memorable one"
