“Such a beautiful location and cottage. Stayed in the Oak 2 Bed cottage and this was a home from home. They think of everything (including sachets of condiments). This stay was perfect for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The bedrooms are so spacious so plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom with you or the 2nd bedroom. Waking up and opening the curtains to the views and the sheep was fantastic. We would definitely be going back.”

“Strathendrick House was the first stop in a family trip to the Highlands. We found everything about this beautiful home and the area to be perfect and wish we had planned to stay longer. Hector and Heather were responsive and extremely helpful. We loved visiting the restaurants (delicious food options) and grocer in Drymen and found everyone to be so welcoming and helpful. “Despite a rocky start, due largely to Vrbo’s handling of the information supplied by the host, we enjoyed the beautiful, well-equipped flat. The host was always available to answer questions and correct the misinformation. For future users it is worth noting that the Coop, Aldi and Iceland are all within walking distance of the flat. Balloch country park is a short drive from the property with boat and seaplane trips available. Around the beautiful local Lochs, parking is mostly free and one……

“Perfect setting for a celebration weekend for all our family. We cooked our meals and sat around the super size dining table in amazing surroundings. We went for walks as we were lucky to have good weather in March. One of us went cold water swimming!! (Very brave) We played family games, had a pool tournament, celebrated St Patrick's day (we're Scottish, any excuse to celebrate) The Lodge is fully equipped we didn't want for anything We would highly recommend Stronachlachar Lodge and hopefully……

“What a great location. Next to the river with views south to the Campsie fells. Lovely garden for the dogs while we relaxed on the deck in the evening sun and soaked up the view.”
